Everglades National Park
I visited Everglades National Park for the first time in December 2013. This brilliant, mesmerizing land set a fire in my soul and awakened a sleeping explorer. I intend to kayak & camp the Everglades Backcountry in December 2014. I’m recording my progress as I prepare throughout the year. I coined the hashtag #girl2glades to track my progress on twitter. I’m hoping that sharing my inspiration, passion and progress will help to encourage others to get outdoors and explore the places where the fall in love with this planet.
